Architecture Engineering Construction Industry Technician

This program is designed to prepare graduates for gainful employment as a technician in Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) industries. Emphasis is placed on fundamentals of construction and surveying technology, with advanced study in architectural technology and related computer modeling software. Architectural theory, construction practices, and various surveying equipment operations will be covered. This certificate fully integrates into the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Concentration 8302 (ASCT) degree, should students choose to pursue that degree.

NOTE: This program requires that recipients file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and be eligible for Title IV financial aid. The Workforce Ready Grant is not based on family income.
